As part of São Paulo Arbitration Week, Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP Special Counsel Ana Frischtak was a member of a panel on "Brazilians Who Have Made a Difference Abroad" this morning. Co-hosted by top Brazilian law firm TozziniFreire Advogados and the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce, the panel featured several leading Brazilian lawyers currently practicing in the United States and Europe.
Ana and her fellow panelists discussed their education and career trajectories, as well as international opportunities in arbitration and white-collar practice. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Ana has extensive experience in matters involving Latin America, and particularly in representing both Brazilian companies and individuals and multinational companies operating in Brazil and throughout Latin America.
