Roberta Kaplan, the former Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison litigator who successfully argued before the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the Defense of Marriage Act, is expanding her 1-year-old litigation boutique and rebranding the firm to include the name of a new hire from Debevoise & Plimpton.
