As part of the Federal Bar Council’s series of “Trial Skills” CLE offerings, Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP partner Jenna Dabbs co-led a webinar on how to deliver effective and impactful summations. The CLE, co-taught with Roland G. Riopelle of Sercarz & Riopelle, LLP, covers “all the considerations impacting closing statements from the first meeting with a client to the end of trial.”
