Partner Sean Hecker honored as a finalist for Litigator of the Year – White Collar

NEW YORK, NY, March 25, 2022 – Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP is pleased to announce that it has been named Benchmark Litigation’s Boutique Firm of the Year for the third year in a row at the Benchmark Litigation East Coast Awards held in New York, New York on March 24, 2022. The firm was also honored with Impact Case of the Year for its work on Sines v. Kessler. Benchmark Litigation has continued to recognize Kaplan Hecker as one of the “Top 10 Boutiques” in the country for four consecutive years, noting its expertise in commercial litigation, criminal and enforcement matters, and public interest work.  Additionally, the firm has been distinguished again by the publication in its list of “Highly Recommended Law Firm – New York” firms, Benchmark’s highest recognition.

Sean also earned recognition from Benchmark Litigation for his work in U.S. v. Bogucki, which was named Impact Case of the Year in 2020.
