NEW YORK, NY, February 22, 2021 – Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP is pleased to announce that partner Sean Hecker has been recognized as a leading attorney in the 2021 Chambers & Partners Global Guide in the “Litigation: Trial Lawyers” and “FCPA” categories. Hecker has been recognized by Chambers as a leading lawyer every year since 2010, and is one of fewer than 60 lawyers in the country honored on each of these two lists.

Highlighting Hecker’s wealth of trial experience representing corporate clients facing white collar criminal charges, Chambers quoted a market source as saying: “He is truly one of the most gifted trial lawyers I've ever seen. He is able to connect and present in a persuasive way."

Also noting his skill in representing individuals and corporations involved in complex multijurisdictional FCPA matters, Chambers included praise from another anonymous source: "He is an outstanding lawyer and is the person to consult when you have a tricky question.” That source added that Hecker is "universally regarded as someone with sound judgement,” and “inspires trust and confidence in clients and colleagues."

Chambers & Partners has been publishing legal directories for nearly 30 years, basing its rankings on interviews with over 10,000 corporate law departments and attorneys. Recognition is based on technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other categories most valued by clients.
