In “Menendez Judge Called Fair-Minded ‘Giant’ of New York Court,” Sean shares that Judge Stein is “not someone who makes statements from the bench that are designed to be quotable. I just think it would be antithetical to how he sees his role as a judge." Sean describes the judge as "calm and thoughtful, allowing lawyers to present their arguments without frequent interruptions."
