Akanksha Shah is a law clerk at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP, resident in the New York office.
Akanksha has prior experience as a Voter Protection Deputy & Fellow at the Democratic Party of Georgia. She also volunteered with the Civil Rights Project.
Akanksha received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she acted as the Executive & Managing Editor of the Global Constitutionalism Seminar and an Articles Editor for the Yale Journal of Law & Feminism. She was a Clinic Member of the Appellate Litigation Project and the International Refugee Assistance Project. Akanksha received her B.A. from the University of Chicago, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
