Cari Hauck

Cari Hauck is an eDiscovery and Litigation Technology Specialist at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

At KHF, Cari supports case teams’ litigation technology needs, manages outside eDiscovery vendors, organizes eDiscovery databases, makes recommendations for efficiency and best practices, and creates and maintains technical documentation on matters and processes.

Cari joined KHF from ServiceNow, where she worked as a Senior Legal & Audit Risk and Compliance Business Systems Analyst, participating in end-to-end implementation activities including solution design planning and project, issue and change management.

Cari has extensive experience with case-critical data across the full life cycle of litigation and has mastered a range of litigation technologies. Prior to her time with ServiceNow, Cari worked for over a decade in litigation support, most recently as Vice President, eDiscovery at AlixPartners, where she helped to establish and implement protocols and best practices for the preservation and collection of digital evidence. Previously she was with Evidence Exchange (an AlixPartners acquisition) and TransPerfect.

Cari attended San Francisco State University from 1993 to 1997.
