Caterina Garcia

As the Recruiting and DE&I Specialist at KHF, Caterina is responsible for all staff recruiting functions at the firm and provides support for attorney and law student recruiting, in addition to creating and implementing new diversity initiatives and strategies.

Caterina joined the firm from Gunderson Dettmer where she held a similar legal recruiting role, specializing in attorney and law student recruitment, including management of the summer associate and fellowship programs.

Caterina received her B.A., cum laude, from New York University where she majored in Sociology and Public Health, with minors in both French and in Gender and Sexuality Studies. At NYU, she was on the Dean’s List and named a Julius C. Silver Scholar. She also participated in qualitative health and policy research, including as a member of NYU Empower Lab studying the sociomedical implications of human trafficking and diversity in intervention and healthcare treatment.
