Elizabeth Slater is an associate at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

Elizabeth joined the firm from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, where she assisted clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters in state and federal court. She also maintained an active pro bono practice focusing on immigrant rights. Elizabeth clerked for both the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe and the Honorable John F. Keenan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Elizabeth received her J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham University where she was a Mary Daly Scholar and a Stein Scholar for the Public Interest, as well as serving as Senior Articles Editor for the Fordham Law Review. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis.
