Ruby Kamara is a staff attorney at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.
Ruby joined the firm from Trustpoint.One, where she worked as a contract attorney. She has prior experience as a Team Lead and Contract Attorney at Epiq Systems, and as a staff attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Ruby has also volunteered as a pro bono attorney for many programs, including the New York City Bar Association Monday Night Law Program, the New York Unified Court System Volunteer Attorney Program, and the New York City Bar Association Uncontested Divorce Project.
Ruby received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. She received her B.A., cum laude, from City College of New York, where she was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.
