William Nesbitt is a staff attorney at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.
William’s practice at Kaplan Hecker involves public interest, commercial litigation, and arbitration matters. Additionally, William has worked on government investigations and cases regarding corporate mergers.
Prior to joining the firm, William was an attorney advisor at the Small Business Administration, Office of Disaster Assistance, where he assured the legal sufficiency of all actions in the processing, closing and disbursing of disaster assistance loans, and served as a liaison for borrowers.
William received his JD from Howard University School of Law, where he was received the Merit Scholarship, and his BA, cum laude, from Norfolk State University.
