Caitlin Tintle

Caitlin Tintle is the Director of Recruiting and DE&I Lead at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

At KHF, Caitlin manages the execution of attorney, law student, and staff recruiting functions, in addition to creating and implementing new diversity initiatives and strategies.

Caitlin joins the firm from a global marketing and communications firm, where she was VP of Client Experience and Head of Operations. In this role, she collaborated with Fortune 500 and 100 companies to refine business processes and capabilities and directed onboarding and offboarding procedures for all consultants. Earlier in Caitlin’s career, she was the Assistant Director of Human Resources at a midsize law firm where she led attorney and staff recruitment and spearheaded HR and DEI strategies and programs.

Caitlin received her B.S. from the College of Charleston.
