Elizabeth Saint-Victor

Elizabeth Saint-Victor is the Professional Development Manager at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

At KHF, Elizabeth oversees and manages all aspects of attorney and staff training, CLE compliance, and performance reviews. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth was a Senior Litigation Coordinator at Hogan Lovells, where she managed complex commercial litigations for some of the firm's top clients, led organizational development, and implemented department-wide continuing education programs and performance metrics and assessments. She also worked pro bono cases and immigration legal clinics, and drafted Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity initiatives for client partners. Prior to her role at Hogan Lovells, she held various legal positions at Sanford Heisler Sharp LLP and Rian Immigrant Center.

Elizabeth received her B.A. in Comparative Literature and her B.A in Political Science from Yale University with honors.
