Lourdes Piña is the Managing Clerk at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.
Prior to joining KHF, Lourdes was a Managing Clerk at Labaton Sucharow LLP, where she was responsible for maintaining the firm’s case management and docketing system. She previously held managing clerk positions at prominent law firms in New York City where she managed electronic court filings, including coordinating with document service vendors. Lourdes has extensive experience with CPLR, FRCP, FRAP, SDNY and EDNY rules, NYS Commercial Division regulations, and appellate practice and procedures.
Lourdes received her B.S. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and her paralegal certificate from New York Paralegal School.
