Parminder Hari

Parminder Hari is an eDiscovery and Litigation Support Technology Generalist at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

At KHF, Parminder advises and assists on a wide variety of litigation support systems and technologies, including creating and maintaining technical documentation, working with eDiscovery vendors, and handling data collection activities to support internal and external data discovery requests to ensure best practices.

Prior to joining KHF, Parminder was an eDiscovery data analyst at research-based biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, where she conducted data collections, management, and processing. Previously, as a manufacturing data analyst at Catalent, she managed process control, including data collection and metric reporting. Parminder began her career as a state licensing assistant at Amneal and a data analyst at Novo Nordisk.

Parminder received a M.S. in Information Systems from Rider University and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Rutgers Business School.
