Rachel Simon is an associate at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.
Rachel completed clerkships with the Hon. Amalya L. Kearse of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Hon. John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She previously worked as a litigation associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, representing corporate and individual clients in securities matters and federal class actions.
Rachel received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review and a Research Assistant to Professors Martha Minow and Richard Lazarus. She received her B.A., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was awarded the Robert M. Holtz Memorial Prize for the best overall graduate in Political Science.
