Ralph Caro

Ralph Caro is the Information Technology Support Manager at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

Ralph is responsible for managing the health of KHF’s technology assets, including coordinating the integration of new IT platforms, tools, and equipment, as well as enforcing internal cybersecurity policies.

Ralph joins KHF from Indeed, Inc., where he worked as an End-user Escalations IT Manager. In this role, Ralph led a team of eleven engineers overseeing the company’s robust and comprehensive security posture, including promoting compliance initiatives and maintaining security regulations. Previously, Ralph served as the Director of Operations for a full-service technology solutions provider and as the Director of IT for a real estate company. Ralph began his career as a Systems Engineer for Greenwich Technology Partners.
