Sabrina Alvarez-Correa

Sabrina Alvarez-Correa is an associate at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

Prior to joining KHF, Sabrina was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where she represented multinational corporations, financial institutions, and individuals in commercial and securities litigation, adversary proceedings, investigations, and white collar criminal defense matters. She also represented companies in connection with internal investigations covering allegations of bribery and corruption, and conducted due diligence for companies engaging in acquisitions and other investments in jurisdictions with high corruption risk. Sabrina maintained an active pro bono practice, where she represented children seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and indigent defendants in federal criminal prosecutions. She also advised a non-profit organization on the impact of Dobbs on Title VII protections.

Sabrina received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was on the Executive Board of the Harvard Disabled Law Students Association. While attending law school, she interned for the Children’s Defense Fund and the Human Trafficking and Exploitation Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where she second-chaired a felony sexual assault trial that resulted in a guilty verdict on all counts. Sabrina received her B.A., magna cum laude, from The George Washington University.
