Just Security published an open letter penned by Joshua Matz and Larry Tribe, and signed by 25 bipartisan constitutional law experts, concerning the impeachment proceedings against Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas.
The letter, addressed to Speaker of the House Mike Johnson and Chairman Mark Green of the Committee on Homeland Security, states that an impeachment of Secretary Mayorkas, based on the known facts and charges against him, is unjustified as a matter of constitutional law.
