Kaplan & Company, LLP Client Airbnb Prevails on Motion to Compel Arbitration

On Friday, January 26^th, 2018, U.S. District Judge Vernon Broderick of the Southern District of New York granted Kaplan & Company client Airbnb’s motion to compel arbitration in Plazza et al. v. Airbnb (16-cv-1085), and stayed the case pending arbitration.
