Kaplan Hecker & Fink Partner Jenna Dabbs will moderate a panel, “Emerging Technologies in Litigation & Enforcement,” at the New York City Bar Emerging Technologies Symposium on February 23, 2024.
Jenna will lead panelists in a discussion on SEC and CFTC litigation and enforcement against emerging technologies market participants, private actions against emerging technologies companies, and pending legislation. Panelists will also cover implications for the market and trends in focus of regulators, including recent state legislation.
