NEW YORK, NY, November 18, 2019 – Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP is pleased to announce that Founding Partner Roberta (“Robbie”) Kaplan has been included in City & State New York’s second annual Women Power 100 List. The list honors key female players in politics, business, law, education, and other industries who have made their lasting mark on New York politics and policy.

City & State highlighted several of Ms. Kaplan’s notable accomplishments, commenting: “A co-founder of the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund, Roberta Kaplan is an instrumental figure in the #MeToo movement. Her argument before the U.S. Supreme Court in the landmark case United States v. Windsor paved the way for the federal government’s recognition of same-sex marriage. She recently launched HABIT, a workplace training program designed to change the landscape of corporate culture to one free of bias, exclusion and sexual harassment.”
