Moderated by Larry Krantz, “No Depositions In Federal Criminal Cases? How Did We Get Here? And Is It Time for a Change?” will feature a discussion on the history of the split between the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure regarding the availability of discovery depositions. Panelists will also analyze whether the Rules of Criminal Procedure should be amended to permit discovery depositions in criminal cases from both sides of the argument.
