Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP Partner Julie Fink will speak at the Federal Bar Council’s annual CLE program on developments over the past year in employment law. The panel will be moderated by The Hon. Steven M. Gold, former U.S. magistrate judge for the Eastern District of New York and feature presentations from both plaintiff and defense attorney who will discuss recent decisions from the Supreme Court and Second Circuit, the uptick in lawsuits related to DEI programs, and to what degree employers might be liable for the misconduct of their employees. The panel will also discuss the implications of AI, the Ending Forced Arbitration Act, and the wide range of gender related claims.
