Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP Delivers Unanimous Win in the First Department for Airbnb

This afternoon, the First Department unanimously affirmed a lower court decision in favor of our client Airbnb. The decision upholds New York Supreme Court Judge Saliann Scarpulla’s April 2019 ruling dismissing the suit by a Manhattan real estate brokerage against our client.
